Reporting a fee change

Include the platform, the official page showing the new rate and, if the page states it, the effective date. Reports with an official link are verified and reflected in the calculator and the change log, usually within a few days.

Requesting a platform or feature

Tell us which marketplace, processor or carrier you sell with and what you need to calculate. Platforms are added in the order of demand and of how clearly they publish their fees.

What we cannot help with

Account problems, payouts, disputes and tax questions belong with the platform or a professional. We only maintain the maths.
