About Feenomics

Feenomics exists because the answer to “what will I actually keep?” is harder to get than it should be. Platforms publish their fees across several help pages, change them a few times a year, and the free calculators that rank for the question are mostly marketing pages for software, frozen on whatever the fees were when the page was written.

So this site keeps one maintained database of fee and carrier rules, each with its official source and the date it was checked, and builds every calculator from it. When a platform changes something, the change log says what changed and when.

Who runs it

A small independent team of software engineers builds the calculators, the rule database, the tests and the verification schedule. The site is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any marketplace, payment processor or carrier.

How it is funded

By display advertising once traffic justifies it, and possibly by affiliate links to shipping tools that are clearly labelled. No calculator is gated, no email is required, and advertising never changes a number.
